Proven Software - CheckPrint Solution Express Software is easy to use and flexible. Configured so that the data you input prints onto (infills) the encoded A4 laser cheques supplied, including a pre-signed signature option. Request a free demo copy of this software.
Laser Cheques - 1000 cheques encoded with your bank details and with the option of having your company logo (up to 4 colours). They meet APACS guidelines and are supplied 3 to an A4 page (each 99mm deep) for using with the laser printer. Need cheques with a remittance? Laser Printer - The Brother HL5250DN laser printer comes with 2 toner cartridges. It is a Pira Grade 1 Approved Printer, meaning it meets the standard for toner adhesion for cheque infilling.

How does the system work?
Payment information is either keyed directly into the CPSE software or a file output from an existing accountancy package is imported.
Brother Pira approved printer is loaded with encoded cheque stock and the print option selected on the screen.
The payment details, including linework are then printed according to APACS (Association for Payments and Clearing Services) guidelines so as to minimise the risk of fraudulent attacks.
A full history of cheques issued is recorded. This can be viewed within the software or exported.
