TBS Fabrications is a manufacturing company that produces a range of components for high end washrooms.  This growing business employs over 100 people and has a turnover of £9m.  The accounts office is extremely busy and issues in excess of 150 cheques per month to numerous suppliers and contractors.  Traditionally cheques were prepared by hand but this was labour intensive and time consuming.
